A Czech broker company specializing in lead collection and distribution to businesses across various sectors.

Specifics

We engaged an expert specializing in the Czech market to help us understand the project’s nuances and identify elements that would resonate with the audience. This expertise enabled us to develop tailored creatives based on local market characteristics. For example, we discovered that Czech citizens love dogs, respect cultural traditions, and prefer a conservative style. We incorporated these elements into our communications.

The project required a high volume of purchases, and within 1.5 months, we achieved a rate of 1000 leads per month. Given this high volume, ads can quickly lose effectiveness, therefore we decided to refresh the creatives based on the preferences of the target audience and our expert’s recommendations.

Situation at the start

The client was running independent lead generation campaigns on Facebook and TikTok but faced high acquisition costs. They reached out to us to see how we could assist in managing this task.

Client’s case

We started by producing and testing trial creatives while aligning target CPL expectations with the client. Initial campaigns generated only a few leads per day.

After testing the new creatives, which took local market specifics into account, we decided to scale up our advertising efforts. This required refining both ad creatives and production strategies, so we developed additional theme-based creative batches, testing them for CTR performance. The best-performing creatives were optimized further, and new variations were produced to maximize impact. By the second month, the daily lead volume occasionally reached 100.

We designed vibrant banners and videos using contrasting colors. The creatives featured popular cultural references — including dogs, a favored pet among Czech citizens — alongside imagery symbolizing financial success, such as cash, wallets, credit cards, money boxes, and ATMs.

Final outcome

As a result, we successfully lowered acquisition costs, leading the client to entrust us with full project management. Unlike in-house purchasing teams, agencies prioritize lead generation efficiency, focusing directly on CPL. Consequently, the client was satisfied with both lead quality and cost efficiency and expanded our role to manage their Facebook and TikTok advertising.
