ABOUT THE CLIENT

Doto is an international financial company that provides private traders with tools for trading on the financial markets.

SPECIFICS

  • Multilingual communication across direct channels (email, mobile push, web push) required the development of catalogs with dynamic content that adapts based on the user’s interface language (English or Vietnamese)

  • Doto is a startup, so the product is still under active development

SITUATION AT THE START

CRM marketing was launched from scratch. The client integrated Bloomreach's CDP, and it was necessary to establish an internal infrastructure to support communication with customers across multiple countries.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

  • Build a robust infrastructure in Bloomreach and establish multilingual catalogs for communication with customers in South Africa, Vietnam, and Thailand

  • Create transparent tools for measuring the effectiveness of CRM communications

CLIENT'S CASE

  1. Created a briefing template for initiating direct communication tasks.

  2. Prepared guidelines for the client’s design team and instructions for coordinators to ensure accurate multilingual content delivery.

  3. Integrated multilingual catalogs into Bloomreach’s CDP, enabling the communication language to adapt to the user’s interface.

  4. Launched three trigger email chains in two languages: English and Vietnamese.

  5. Conducted a customer journey analysis and evaluated key communication stages across eight major competitors. Explored their interactions with users and provided recommendations.

  6. Developed 20 hypotheses to engage customer segments at different lifecycle stages.

  7. Implemented a detailed ToR for communication with new users, and created copywriting and design guidelines. While the client produced the design, we provided layout feedback, developed adaptive versions, and ensured correct display in different modes.

  8. Built four custom dashboards to track key business and communication metrics.

FINAL OUTCOME

As a result, we successfully built operational processes: from briefing to preparing communications for launch. The infrastructure in Bloomreach was set up to support multilingual communications across the entire customer journey. We differentiated Doto from competitors by highlighting the product’s key advantages.
